Not every project needs a custom website. Here is my filter — write me anyway if you do not see yourself in it.

Local trade or contractor business

You have 2-15 employees and work in a defined region — roofers, painters, electricians, plumbers, joiners, tilers. Your customers Google you and right now they find either nothing or a DIY website-builder template from 2014. You need local SEO, a before-and-after gallery, a clear phone number, and a contact form that actually delivers requests.

Consultancy, law firm, medical practice

How a website project runs with me

From the first message to handover — in 1 to 3 weeks, without a meeting marathon.

    Day 0 — Discovery call (free, around 30 minutes)

    Via Telegram, Signal or video call. We go through: what you do, who your customers are, what the website should actually accomplish (requests, bookings, sales), what you have today, what bugs you about it. At the end — a fixed-price offer within 24 hours, in writing, with a delivery date.

  2. 2

    Week 1 — Concept & design

    Sitemap (which pages), user flow (how a visitor gets to a request), wireframes (rough layout), color and typography in your brand style. You get a PDF and a Figma link. Feedback via Telegram or voice memo — no meeting marathon required.

  3. 3

    Week 2 — Build

    I build on a preview link in parallel with your feedback. You see daily progress, you can comment, you can rewrite copy — all before go-live.

  4. 4

    Day 14-21 — Go-live

    DNS switch to your domain host (or I set one up), SSL automatic via Let's Encrypt, Google Search Console connected, sitemap submitted. For the first 7 days I watch performance and errors and fix them at no extra cost.

    After go-live — you own everything

    Source code on GitHub (your account), domain login, DNS access, docs as a PDF. If in 2 years you want to move to an agency — it's all yours. No lock-ins, no vendor trap.

What trades, consultants and small-business owners ask most often before starting a project.

What does a website really cost — fixed price or hourly?
With me, only fixed price. You know what you pay before we start. Three packages (One-Pager 990 €, Business 2,490 €, Premium 4,490 €) cover about 90 % of incoming requests. If your project doesn't fit one of them, I send a custom fixed-price offer within 24 hours of the discovery call — in writing, with a delivery date. How long does a website take from idea to live?
One-Pager: 7-10 days. Business website: 14-21 days. Premium project: 3-4 weeks. Realistic — meaning including your feedback rounds and copywriting (which usually takes longer than the code). If you already have text and images, it's faster. If you're still gathering them, I'll help you structure them.
Do I need a CMS like WordPress to update my content?
In most cases — no. Astro websites are statically generated. If you change content once or twice a year (prices, a new service), I update it in 30 minutes for 60 €. If you blog weekly or post news regularly, I add a lightweight CMS (Decap, Sanity, Astro Studio) — extra 200-400 €.
What happens if you disappear tomorrow?
You own everything: source code on your GitHub account, domain in your name, hosting login on your side. Any Astro developer can take over. I hand over a PDF doc with all the details (hosting setup, DNS, deployments). That's my fixed-price promise: no lock-ins. If in 2 years you want to switch to an agency, no problem.
What about GDPR and data protection?
Standard, not an upcharge. Fonts via Bunny.net instead of Google Fonts CDN (no US transfer), cookie banner with an explicit toggle (no auto-tracking), DPA with all third parties, privacy policy template (tailor with your lawyer). For practice or law firm sites additionally: no YouTube without two-click consent, no Google Maps without consent. More on the topic: GDPR.eu reference.
Will the website actually rank on Google?
Technical SEO is included in the fixed price: Schema.org structured data, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, title and description per page, mobile-first, Core Web Vitals tuned. What's not included: ongoing content SEO (writing blog posts, building backlinks). I can offer that separately — or you do it yourself and I give you a crash course.
Can I extend the website later — chat, bot, booking system?
Yes, everything is modular. An AI chatbot can be added later (from 149 €/month, see /en/ai-chat). A Telegram bot for booking or customer service the same way (from 790 €, see /en/telegram-bots). Booking widgets (Calendly, Cal.com), CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive), newsletter tools — standard integrations are all available.
What if I am not happy after the discovery call?
The discovery call is free and non-binding — no contract, no deposit. If you say “no” to the offer, that's it. If you become unhappy after the project starts: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Written into the contract. So far nobody has had to use it — but if it ever comes up, the risk is on me, not on you.
